Interpretation is delivered through Zoom’s built-in interpretation feature or via a separate audio stream accessible on smartphones. We assign interpreters with relevant topic expertise and prior webinar experience. Each interpreter connects from a professional studio or dedicated remote location, with pre-event system checks and rehearsals conducted in advance. Optional recording, editing, and minute-writing services are available.
Hybrid Seminar Format:
This model combines an in-person venue with remote speakers, attendees, and interpreters, fully integrated via Zoom. Multiple cameras at the venue ensure the speaker remains visible throughout. Interpretation is provided through Zoom or a secondary audio device. As with webinars, our interpreters are seasoned in seminar settings and knowledgeable in your field. They connect from prepared studios or remote setups after thorough technical testing. Recording and documentation services can also be arranged.
